The Man Who Planted Trees offered exciting volunteering opportunities
Our mammoth 2024 project The Man Who Planted Trees relied on the support of 66 volunteers across 12 separate roles, with many volunteers supporting Hebden Bridge Arts across multiple roles. Of these 66 volunteers 10 people who have been volunteering their time and skills are also trustees / board members of Hebden Bridge Arts.
Roles included helping at workshops and our community creative day events, distributing print marketing, seeking sponsorship, ushering at events and performances, invigilating art exhibitions, helping with cleaning, decorating or setting up exhibitions or venues for exhibition, theatre production assistants, youth cast and chorus chaperones, acting in our community youth cast or performing in our community chorus and design work for print marketing.
